Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Examine your plants immediately upon arrival and take clear photos of any damage or health concerns within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Email our support desk with your order number and the photos of your plants to initiate a return or replacement claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our horticultural experts will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the item needs to be sent back.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will ship a fresh replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
